Sometimes It can Happen like this also.  We want to give advice to our clients. If the situation is like this- be a real man- send the flowers to the lady and she will see that you are serious towards her and she will change her attitude to you for better.

"I'm very disappointed with Alexandra. I have asked her and asked her to have 10 minutes video calls so we can see each other and start developing a relationship. She always has some excise for it. Why did I spend money for a contact whom does not want to put any efforts in developing a relationship. I even asked her today why did you agree to change numbers and said you want a relationship.
