As a country lad myself I can understand your love of nature. I like to think I live a healthy life, but I do slip from time to time. I am well known for my curries and sponges both of which I make from scratch though recently I have avoided sponge cakes as my body can do without such loaded calories! At the moment I live on my boat but am in the process of buying a house in the UK - a place called Bodmin in Cornwall. A person has three ages; the age we know ourselves to be (in my caser that is 27) and the age of our body and I'm not telling you that one! and the number of years since our mothers gave us life.
